Apis: Is an excellent remedy with dropsical swelling of feet and
face. There is no thirst.
Apocynum: When dropsy is due to liver. There is thirst and the
patient wants to be in the open air.
Ars. Alb: Dropsy is due to heart trouble with thirst for small
quantities of water at short intervals.
Digitalis: Dropsy with palpitation of heart.
