Calcarea Carb: When large back muscles are badly torn and there is evidence of formation of fibrous tissues; pain in the back as a result thereof.
Causticum. Treatment may be started with this remedy; one dose to be given in 1M potency. It is also the remedy for myasthnia gravis pseudoparalytic, a disease characterized by an abnormal exhaustibility of the voluntary muscles over which control is completely lost.

Ferrum Met: An excellent remedy for myasthenia. Weakness of muscles with anaemia etc.

Plumbum: Muscular atrophy with paralysis of muscles and constipation. It has special affinity to lower extremities.

Stramonium: With easy mobility; voluntary muscles fail to follow influence of will.

Anacardium: Cannot control voluntary muscles; paralysis with imbecility.
